By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms mentioned here. We take every step to ensure your order arrives promptly and in excellent condition. 

Shipping Coverage 

  • Deliveries are offered to all eligible and serviceable pin codes within India. 
  • We currently do not provide international shipping. 

Order Handling 

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. 
  • After processing, a confirmation email containing full order information will be sent to your registered email address. 

Estimated Delivery Time 
Standard shipping generally requires 3–8 business days, influenced by your location and courier partner availability. 

When Delivery Attempts Fail 
Delivery may be unsuccessful due to: 

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address 
  • The recipient being unavailable at the scheduled delivery time 
  • The parcel being refused upon arrival 

Action: 
If the delivery cannot be completed, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Customers may reach out to request a re-shipment. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  • Damaged Orders: Contact customer support within 48 hours and include clear photos of the damage. 
  • Lost Packages: If a shipment is lost during transit, we will issue a replacement or refund once the courier completes verification.
